Fade Awaays
Toronto’s Fade Awaays are a burst of raw energy in Canada’s indie rock scene. Channeling the gritty charm of The Strokes and early Arctic Monkeys, the band blends fuzzy guitar riffs, anthemic choruses, and a DIY attitude that’s won over fans across the city.
Formed straight out of high school, Fade Awaays made an immediate impact with their debut EP Taste of Life, featuring punchy tracks like “Get Along” and “She’s Into Me.” Their sound fuses garage rock swagger with Britpop melodies—equal parts grit and groove.
Known for their sweaty live shows and hands-on approach, they’ve become staples in Toronto’s underground scene while steadily building a national following. With each release, they evolve—without losing the reckless charm that got them noticed.
